Portishead Railway Mural

On Sunday morning Dr Liam Fox MP joined Cllr Reyna Knight and members of the Portishead Railway Group (PRG) following their decision to dismantle the large mural close to Lidl’s car park.

Dig For Victory Show

Dr Liam Fox MP attended the Dig For Victory Show, a 1940's themed festival at the North Somerset show ground on Saturday. The show had displays of war time memorabilia, cars, military vehicles and stalls. Dr Fox spoke to veterans and watched a display of 1940’s dance by pupils from Gordano school.

Visit to the British Heart Foundation - Nailsea

Dr Liam Fox MP visited the British Heart Foundation at the High Street shop in Nailsea. He was invited by Area Manager, Sarah Boardman and local Manager Jonathan Webb to find out more about the work they do, to meet volunteers and see behind the scenes.  BHF shops not only raise vital funds for life-saving medical research but also support local communities by offering high quality low cost goods,  heart health information, as well as volunteering and employment opportunities.
