Down Syndrome Bill passes its Third Reading in the House of Lords

The Down Syndrome Bill has now passed its final hurdle in Parliament, getting through the House of Lords thanks to the guidance of Baroness Hollins. We now await Royal Assent, following which the Bill will become law.
